Message	much more metal going over it then in this picture? Even after I Dremeled it very aggressively --- couldn't get a new hex head bolt into the cap (clearance issues). My point? -- guessing that the manufacturing tolerances between these parts isn't all that close (on the outside runners)? None the less -- this is a nice posting for documenting everything visually! Good job...
